Breakfast at the hotel.
The terminal area for American has very few windows, not like MIA.
Tim watched Mission Impossible and then Star Trek into Darkness. (I couldn't remember anything about movie the next day, without a lot of thought.)
Cleared customs easily. We had to wait at gate until 6 am, until customs opened. We got in the wrong line, again, for customs, but recovered quickly. We didn't even show passport, picture scan only.
Had to walk to Terminal 4 from Tom Bradley to get hotel shuttle.
Again, wrong room. Andrew Goldin was also staying in hotel.
Slept for a few hours and went to the pool.
Watched Crocodile Dundee and most of second Star Wars. Tacos for room service.
Monday, September 29, 2025
Breakfast on the 18th floor, overlooking the runways.
Made PB&J on toast and bagel for lunch on the plane. Bought mixed nuts and fruit, fritos and bars from convenience store in hotel.
Bobbi's stomach was upset as we taxied. Uncomfortable flight for Bobbi.
Lyft home. The driver was tricky (or new). No light, so could drive un less busy lane.
Home by 9 pm.
Couldn't find key, at first. It was in medicine bag.
PS. Tim was amazingly sick from jet lag for weeks after we landed.
